Born and raised in a traditional Brahmin family in the holy city of Rishikesh, Yogi Upendra Ji was introduced to yoga and ancient scriptures in his early childhood by his father, a Sanskrit scholar. He decided to pursue his studies further, travelling to the Bihar School of Yoga in Munger to complete a certificate course before studying Vedanta at the Yoga Vedanta forest academy at Sivananda Ashram Rishikesh. Here, he surrendered himself to perfecting his teaching and yogic discipline under the guidance of his Guru Swami Vishwa Rupananda Saraswati. Yogi Upendra Ji teaches Hatha yoga, pranayama, yoga Nidra, and Kriyas and his students love his calming presence and ability to see each individual's challenges. A class with Upendra Ji leaves one feeling calm, centred, and with a deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. Upendra Ji has travelled internationally, conducting workshops in China, Germany, Denmark, and Kazakhstan.

Sunil Sharma trained in Traditional and Scientific Yoga from Kaivalyadham, Lonavala, a yoga institute of international repute. He is a Post Graduate of Psychology and has an International Diploma in Guidance & Counselling from the National Council Of Educational Research And Training (NCERT - New Delhi) and has been teaching yoga at various levels in India & abroad since 2001. Sunil has worked as a yoga instructor in different Senior Secondary Schools under the scheme "Promotion of Yoga in Schools" by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, and has worked as Director of the Yoga Teachers Training Department in 'Yoga Summit,' Hangzhou, China. He has delivered lectures on Yoga & Philosophy, conducted Pranayama and Meditation workshops, Yoga Therapy sessions for employees of corporate houses, and Yoga Teacher Training courses from 2006 to 2010 during his stay in China.
