Vishwa Shanti Yoga School, 200 hour Hatha Yoga programme is designed for beginners to intermediate level yoga practitioners who may or may not have prior knowledge & experience with yoga. This course is for beginners level yoga practitioners who want to gain Yoga Alliance USA RYT 200 certification while also improving their understanding of yoga philosophy and anatomy and physiology. If you want to become a certified yoga instructor in Rishikesh, we recommend that you come with an open mind in order to adjust to the Indian way of life and the daily yogic activities at the school.
